I was born in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala's second city. I have done all my studies in Quetzaltenango I feel I have received a quality education at all levels , primary , secondary because all my teachers & professors maintained high standards.

I received my degree to teach Spanish as a second language for foreigners from the University of San Carlos of Guatemala.

I have developed as a Spanish teacher over the last 10 years because of my many experiences. As ateacher at Celas Maya I have had very good experiences of learning about the cultures of my students and sharing with them the history and culture of my beloved country. I have travelled to our neighboring countries of Mexico, El Salvador and Honduras. I have also travelled to Europe and that has made me appreciate & value my country and Guatemalans more.
