  1. Course Duration: Our program offers 25 hours per week of one-to-one Medical Spanish instruction, specifically designed to cater to the needs of medical students and healthcare professionals.
  2. Specialized Vocabulary: Participants will gain proficiency in medical and anatomy vocabulary, equipping them with the essential language skills for their medical careers.
  3. Practical Experience: Students can volunteer or intern at local health centers in Quetzaltenango, applying their language skills in real healthcare settings.
  4. Expert Instructors: Our experienced instructors provide top-notch Medical Spanish education and cultural insights to students.
  5. Targeted Audience: Designed for healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical staff, doctors, and physician assistants (PAs), this course enhances their Spanish language proficiency in a medical context.

  • We start every new class session every Monday, but you can ask to start on another day at no extra cost.
  • Practice your Spanish and vocabulary in scenarios created in our simulation clinic.
  • We have both morning and afternoon schedules from 8am – 1pm, or from 2pm – 7pm.

  • Course duration is 4 weeks.

  • 4 weeks of Spanish classes.
  • Visit to a health center in at least one of the villages near Quetzaltenango.
  • Your very own Spanish Teacher for a 1 to 1 learning experience.

  • 3 meals daily and a varied program of activities.
  • Study 25 hours one-on-one and 5 hours with homework.
