Continuous assessment, academic benchmarks, and institutional accreditation guarantee measurable outcomes — not informal exposure.

Our six-level academic structure

Our academic immersion program follows the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), structured into six clearly defined progression levels from A1 to C2.

Each level builds on measurable competencies in speaking, writing, listening, and academic interaction.

Academic Translation – Homestay Section

Homestay Experience

The program includes the option of accommodation with carefully selected host families in Quetzaltenango. These are traditional highland Guatemalan households, many with deep cultural roots while fully aware of contemporary social dynamics.

Host families serve as a complementary pedagogical environment. Within the homestay experience, students:

  • Practice Spanish in real, everyday situations

  • Develop an understanding of implicit cultural codes

  • Observe intergenerational family dynamics

  • Participate in local traditions and community practices

This component transforms language learning into lived cultural understanding.
